Returns Policy -

Whenever possible, we will accommodate your return request. Return requests will be considered provided they are submitted within 30 days of you receivig it. Accepted returns will receive a full refund less return shipping. We will accept a return within 30 days of you receiving it. Accepted returns must be in the same condition they were received. If your item is damaged upon delivery, please be sure to take pictures and include those in your return request. Our warehouse team will inspect the item prior to refund. We will always find the best price for you when it comes to return shipping.

What if I receive the item and I don't like it?

Returns will be considered within 30 days days of the delivery date. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We do request that the product is returned in 30 days & in the same condition it was sent. Our warehouse team will inspect the item prior to refund. 

What if my item is damaged?

We will take care of it! Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos hello@nookhavenfurniture.com and we will ensure a replacement is sent out and instructions are given regarding the damaged item.
