How long does it take to receive my order?
Most of our items are dispatched in under 5 business days of your purchase (excluding weekends). If you're living in a metro area our delivery time is within 5 following this. We provide full tracking information and will update you along the way. Should you want an update please email us on hello@nookhavenfurniture.com at any time!
Do you offer shipping to me?
We offer insured shipping US wide! We always provide you the best price on the internet regardless of shipping. Contact us and ask!
What if I receive the item and I don't like it?
Change your mind? No problem! We will accept a return within 30 days of you receiving it. We only ask that the customer covers the return shipping. We do request that the product is returned in 30 days & in the same condition it was sent. Our warehouse team will inspect the item prior to refund.
What if my item is damaged?
We will take care of it! Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos hello@nookhavenfurniture.com and we will ensure a replacement is sent out and instructions are given regarding the damaged item.
What if I find a better price online?
If you find a better price online for the same item we will beat it! Simply reach out to us and we will ensure you're satisfied with the price you're given!
