Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order for free any time before it ships.

  • Email is required for cancellations—calls are not accepted (hello@nookhavenfurniture.com).

  • Once an item is packed for delivery, it's considered shipped.

  • If canceled after shipment or refused at delivery, see our Return Policy.

  • Changing the delivery address after shipment may incur reroute fees.

  • Custom and out-of-stock items may have longer lead times.

  • Refunds may take up to 12 business days.


Returns & Refunds

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • For free shipping items, actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping is your responsibility and must be completed within 30 days.

  • No returns on items with assembly or debris removal services (warranty still applies).

  • Refunds process in up to 12 business days.

  • Items over $1,000 may have a 15% restocking fee.


Damaged Items

  • Inspect deliveries upon arrival. Do not sign if there's damage.

  • Report damage within 48 hours (24 hours for freight items).

  • Include photos of the packaging with your claim.

  • If you sign for a damaged item, it may not qualify for a claim.

  • We’ll repair or replace damaged items first; refunds come last.

  • Refused repairs or parts may result in deducted shipping fees.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom/special orders are final sale.

  • No returns on discounted, price-matched, or stored items (over 2 weeks).


How to Request a Return

  3. For damaged items, include 2+ clear photos.

  4. We’ll respond within ASAP with next steps.


Missing or Replacement Parts

  • Missing or damaged parts ship free.

  • Availability may vary from original item.

  • Standard shipping applies; expedited shipping has a fee.

  • If no replacement is available, you’ll receive a full refund.


Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Report issues within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • If you signed for the item, standard return policy applies.

  • We’ll replace defective parts free of charge.

  • No refunds for used, assembled, or damaged items.


Product Descriptions & Images

  • Items in descriptions or photos (e.g., nightstands, chairs) are sold separately unless stated in the title (e.g., “Set of 2”).

  • Always read the title for what's included.

  • Product images may show multiple items for display purposes.


Returns Due to Color, Material, Size, or Imagery

  • Colors may vary due to screen settings—returns follow standard policy.

  • Wood grain and distressed finishes will naturally vary.

  • Returns based on minor size discrepancies (within 5%) are not accepted.

  • Products may appear differently than shown in photos or may lack certain angles—this does not qualify for a free return.


Delivery Fit & Access Issues

  • You are responsible for ensuring items fit through your doors, halls, and stairs.

  • If no size is listed, contact us before ordering.

  • Missed or redelivery attempts, or storage needs, will incur fees.

  • These returns follow our standard return policy.
